3. Walk around a little and absorb some greenery and the sun

We have come to live in times where we have forgotten natural beauty. We live in houses that do not get natural lighting and are constantly in artificial lights. 8. Have breakfast

Many people skip breakfast or make do with a cup of coffee while running late but that does more harm than good. A bowl of fruits, milk, some proteins are all important for your health. Make sure to never miss your breakfast.
